Amphenol-CIT in Florida seeks an HR Specialist to support management and employees across recruitment, performance management, engagement, development initiatives, and succession planning.
This role partners with leaders to design programs that build workforce capability, strengthen culture, and drive talent success, while maintaining confidentiality. The position coordinates training, data analysis of talent metrics, and supports branding and retention efforts within ACIT.
The HR Specialist is a core member of the ACIT Division HR team, providing support and guidance to management and employees. The HR Specialist provides support in many different areas, including recruitment, retention, employee performance management, employee engagement, employee development initiatives, goal setting, and succession planning. This position partners with leaders and employees and collaborates with other human resources professionals to offer specialized business knowledge and guidance to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. The HR Specialist helps design and implement programs that build workforce capability, strengthen company culture, and drive employee success.
This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other employees.

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Talent Management credential a strong plus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to be stationary for prolonged periods working on a computer. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This is an air-conditioned facility with many pieces of equipment that produce heat. The following are potential items encountered: fumes, dust, noise, hazardous/toxic chemicals, moderate noise level. Appropriate training is provided and documented based on job placement that complies with OSHA and EPA regulations.
