You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (Recruitment & Placement) in the USFF HR SERVICES BRANCH (CODE 1102.6), EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICE, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME.

You will provide HR management advisory and technical services on complex and wide-impacting customer functions and work practices.

Requirements & Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: FOR THE GS-09 LEVEL: Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related. FOR THE GS-07 LEVEL: Successful completion of at least one full year of graduate level education OR superior academic achievement.
