This GS-11 position requires advanced graduate education/Ph.D. or LL.M. with transcripts; telework is eligible, and a Secret clearance is required.
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR RELATIONS/EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the Human Resources Office, Southwest (HRO-SW) of COMPACFLT HRO SOUTHWEST.
You will research, draft, and support the command's position in responses to congressional correspondence and litigation matters.
GS-11 ONLY: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree; OR Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
