Job summary

Delaware North is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. The HR Generalist will support the HR team, foster positive labor and employee relations, monitor trends, and propose constructive solutions.

Minimum of 2 years HR experience and an Associate degree or equivalent experience are preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong organizational and time management skills, are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and training; administer training attendance tracking and enter new hires in the HRIS

• Assist the HR team with benefits and coordinate new hire paperwork for the unions and all new hires
• Assist with providing direction and guidance to managers and team members on HR issues, including recruitment, employee relations, policy interpretation, legal compliance, compensation, and benefits programs

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As an HR Generalist, you will support the HR team and focus on fostering positive labor and employee relations among teams, monitoring trends, and proposing constructive solutions.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $73,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
