The United States Army Reserve is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to assist Soldiers with career progression, promotions, and training opportunities across units. You’ll handle official documentation, learn HR systems, and support commanders with personnel data management.

Responsibilities include readiness and welfare of Soldiers, strength management oversight, and ensuring accurate postal and accountability processes.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Submit to background and medical screening.
• Receive a passing score on the ASVAB.
• Be between the ages of 17-40.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all human resource support matters.
• Oversight of all strength management and strength distribution actions.
• Responsible for the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers.
• Postal and personnel accountability support.
• Maintain emergency notification data.
