In order to qualify for the Human Resources Specialist position which falls under the 0201 occupational Series, you must meet the following requirements by 11:59 pm EST on 10/23/2026: RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Applicants must meet the following relevant years of experience to qualify for this AD-0201- Band C (GS-13 equivalent) position: Six (6) years comparable experience in federal staffing and recruitment, including posting job announcements, reviewing applicants, and advising managers on hiring rules and procedures using an automated Staffing system; setting salaries in accordance with federal pay regulations and providing guidance on complex staffing issues to ensure all actions comply with federal laws and agency policies.
