Job summary

CFS is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Newport, RI for a newly created, high-visibility role. You will directly support payroll processing across multiple states, bonuses, and HR initiatives while partnering with leadership to drive growth.

• Strong knowledge of ADP, Workday, or another major HRIS/payroll platform.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, multi-state payroll processing.
• Manage bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, and other payroll activity.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee needs.
• Develop employee engagement and manager training programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR technology, processes, and workflows.
• Support HR initiatives as the organization continues to grow.
