Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide support across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll and benefits under the guidance of the Director of Recruitment and Employee Engagement.

The role emphasizes data analysis, problem solving, and strong interpersonal skills to build positive employee relations and ensure accurate HRIS/ATS usage within a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years of hand-on HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Knowledge of local and national employment laws.
• Proficient with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

The Human Resources Specialist provides support in various areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and benefits under the guidance of the Director of Recruitment and Employee Engagement.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience/Skills

• 3 years of hand-on HR or relevant administrative experience


• Knowledge of local and national laws as they apply


• Interpersonal and relationship building skills


• Data analysis of metrics


• Problem solving and creating solutions


• Proficient with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking software (ATS)

License/Certification

• None
