Job summary

Sagility, El Paso, TX, is seeking an HR Specialist to provide operational and administrative support across HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, HR systems, and communications.

The role requires a BA/BS in HR or related field and 2–4 years of HR management experience, with strong communication, project management, and investigative skills to ensure compliant and efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Help to ensure all policies and procedures are administered consistently to ensure the effective, fair and consistent management of employees.
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations cases, ensuring they are well managed and meet the requirements of Sagility policies, best practice and employment legislation.
  • Support the creation of an environment of positive employee relations where change and business decisions are communicated effectively.
  • Ensure that all employees are informed by assisting with communications of key initiatives and policies.
  • Promote employee engagement and work to minimize employee turnover.
  • Be knowledgeable of Company policies and procedures, employee benefits, employment laws and communicate consistently with employees and management to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Maintain and execute Company practices and processes regarding W/C, leaves of absence and compliance standards.
  • Assists HR Manager and HR Vice President in various responsibilities.
  • Conducts investigations, provides guidance, documentation and incident closure.
  • Identify process improvements to gain efficiencies and accuracy.
  • Act as a cultural role model and drive accountability for exhibiting behaviors aligned to our core values.

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing operational and administrative support across key Human Resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, HR systems, and employee communications. This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, ensuring HR processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Job Description:

Education: BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience: 2 – 4 years previous Human Resource management experience required.
