Our client has an immediate need for a Human Resources specialist doing both recruiting and generalist work. This is a large fast-paced manufacturing company located on the southwest side of Chicago. This opportunity is on-site. This is a great opportunity for a bilingual candidate with 1 + years of experience or strong internships.

Responsibilities:

• Employee orientation, development, and training
• On-boarding and exit interviews
• Employee relations
• Recruiting and talent acquisition
• Employee safety and safety education
• Investigations and problem solving
• Compliance and performance management

Requirements:

• Bilingual Spanish/English in verbal and written communications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1+ years required in human resources or strong HR internships with relevant experience.
• Travel within the Chicago area to multiple facilities.
