Yoh is seeking an experienced Contract Sourcer/Recruiter to support hiring needs across multiple business groups in a hybrid NY/remote EST setup. This six-month contract role offers $40-$45/hour W2 with strong emphasis on sourcing, selection, and stakeholder collaboration.

The candidate will develop talent pipelines, partner with TA and managers, and provide market insights to optimize offers and candidate experience. Workday recruiting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional level recruiting experience; financial services or insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills, including advanced search, passive candidate outreach, and talent market research.
• Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions and geographies in fast paced corporate or search firm environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring leaders.

We are seeking an experienced Contract Sourcer / Recruiter to support hiring needs across multiple business groups.

Job Description

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Hybrid in NY preferred, Open to Remote EST

Pay Rate: $40-$45 hourly W2

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Sourcing

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, social platforms, and talent search tools.
• Screen and assess candidates, moving them through the process with strong communication and follow through.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, competition, and sourcing challenges.

Candidate & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner closely with TA and hiring managers to align on search strategy and progress.

Tools, Data & Process

• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data within Workday Recruiting (preferred) or other ATS systems.

• Support consistent recruiting processes and adherence to standards.

Pipeline & Network Development

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop strong external networks within relevant functional and industry markets.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using analytics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor pipelines and inform decisions.
• Self- driven, adaptable, and able to operate independently with minimal guidance.
