Job summary

Jordan and Associates Consulting is seeking a Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growth across the United States. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and collaborating with leaders to define hiring needs for behavioral health organizations.

You will organize training for new hires, maintain HR records, assist with performance management, employee relations, and benefit/compliance tasks while adapting recruiting strategies to local markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ HR experience focusing on Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and sourcing methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
