Job summary

Jordan and Associates Consulting is recruiting a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow their team across the US behavioral health sector. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring while developing local market recruiting strategies and onboarding new hires.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR/TA, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS and ATS. Preference for HR certifications and experience in benefits/compliance support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources focusing on Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge of best practices and sourcing methods for Recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred.
• Preferred HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, interviews, and hiring.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies tailored to local and surrounding markets.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify hiring needs and create position summaries.
• Organize and lead new hire trainings for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and assist with Benefits and Compliance initiatives.
• Support Performance Management and Employee Relations activities.
