  • Lead the planning and execution of complex HR initiatives tied to Networking's transformation roadmap, driving alignment, accountability, and successful business outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Establish and manage integrated program plans, governance mechanisms, and performance metrics to ensure delivery excellence across interconnected HR initiatives.
  • Advance the adoption and practical application of AI and emerging technologies within Networking HR, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, decision quality, and team effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify organizational risks, dependencies, and change impacts; develop mitigation strategies and influence stakeholders to resolve barriers to execution.
  • Develop executive-level insights, recommendations, and decision-support materials for HR leadership forums, QBRs, and transformation governance reviews.
  • Provide expertise and recommendations on project management, change execution, stakeholder engagement, and operating model improvements to increase the effectiveness and scalability of HR programs.
  • Influence priorities, sequencing, and execution strategies by leveraging data, organizational insights, and business context to support leadership decision‑making.
  • Support culture integration efforts that bring together legacy HPE and Juniper organizations.
  • Enable people leader readiness and capability through coordinated rollouts, toolkits, forums, and adoption support.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to ensure programs align to evolving business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
Education and Experience Required:

First level university degree. 6+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives in HR or related business functions. Experience supporting large-scale organizational change, integration, or operating model transformation preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence decisions at senior leadership levels.
  • Experience establishing governance, project management frameworks, and execution standards for complex programs.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop clear and impactful executive presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
  • Experience working in organizations undergoing transformation, integration, or operating model changes is preferred.
  • Sound judgement on when to elevate, when to adjust execution, and how to frame trade‑offs.
