  • Proactively identify organizational risks, dependencies, and change impacts; develop mitigation strategies and influence stakeholders to resolve barriers to execution.
  • Develop executive-level insights, recommendations, and decision-support materials for HR leadership forums, QBRs, and transformation governance reviews.
  • Provide expertise and recommendations on project management, change execution, stakeholder engagement, and operating model improvements to increase the effectiveness and scalability of HR programs.
  • Influence priorities, sequencing, and execution strategies by leveraging data, organizational insights, and business context to support leadership decision-making.
  • Support culture integration efforts that bring together legacy HPE and Juniper organizations
  • Enable people leader readiness and capability through coordinated rollouts, toolkits, forums, and adoption support
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to ensure programs align to evolving business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence decisions at senior leadership levels.
  • Experience establishing governance, project management frameworks, and execution standards for complex programs.
