Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years in HR (HRBP, Generalist, or similar).
  • Experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Support performance management process, ensuring timely completion, quality documentation, and effective execution by managers.
  • Provide local input into People Reviews and work with managers to ensure clear development plans are created and followed for key talent.
  • Track headcount, vacancies, and attrition; partner with recruiting to support hiring needs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for managers on HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day people decisions.
  • Execute engagement initiatives and support survey action plans at the site level.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and report on key metrics; identify trends and escalation as needed.

Pay Range: $63,000 - $80,000

Your Role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) drives day-to-day HR execution across assigned locations, partnering closely with site and operations leaders to support employee relations, performance, workforce management, and engagement.

This role serves as the frontline HR contact for managers and employees, with clear accountability for execution, data accuracy, and consistency.

  • Support performance management process, ensuring timely completion, quality documentation, and effective execution by managers
  • Provide local input into People Reviews and work with managers to ensure clear development plans are created and followed for key talent
  • Track headcount, vacancies, and attrition; partner with recruiting to support hiring needs
  • Serve as the first point of contact for managers on HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day people decisions
  • Execute engagement initiatives and support survey action plans at the site level
  • Maintain accurate HR data and report on key metrics; identify trends and escalamas? Actually "escalation" as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of HR experience (HRBP, Generalist, or similar role)
  • Some experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management
  • Experience supporting fast-paced, operational environments
  • Ability to balance execution with sound judgment and escalation
  • Strong communication and coaching skills with frontline leaders
  • Comfort working with HR data, metrics, and workforce reporting
