As a Human Resources Outsourcing Supervisor at RSM, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR consulting services to our clients, primarily small and mid-sized businesses across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HR lifecycle, offering advisory and guidance on best practices and compliance. You will assist RSM's clients in building and maintaining effective HR programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead current state HR assessments for new client companies, helping to develop and organize their HR programs while identifying potential risks.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for employees and clients, leading update meetings, addressing inquiries, and liaising with vendors. Escalate questions and tasks to the Director as necessary.
  3. Oversee day-to-day HR operations and resources for assigned clients, including transaction processing, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance.
  4. Provide HR advisory and guidance to clients and management on best practices and compliance issues.
  5. Design and advise on HR processes and programs such as performance management, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits, and engagement.
  6. Support HRIS implementation and usage, leveraging experience with platforms like Dayforce, UKG, Workday, ADP, Paychex, and Paylocity.
  7. Participate in proposal development and business development activities.
  8. Develop innovative tools, methodologies, and deliverables to adapt to the evolving HR landscape.
Position Details:

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid: remote most days with occasional in-office collaboration)

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 5-10+ years of HR experience, including at least 3+ years in leadership or management roles.
  3. Experience managing HR professionals through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
  4. Experience working with multiple clients or business units in consulting, outsourcing, or corporate HR roles.
  5. Expertise in HR strategy, compliance, policy development, and process improvement.
  6. Proven ability to advise on complex HR issues such as employee relations, legal compliance, and investigations.
  7. Strong project management skills, particularly in HR technology implementations and organizational change.
  8. Experience with HRIS selection and implementation (e.g., Rippling, UKG, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity).
  9. Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead change, and manage stakeholder needs.
  10. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  11. Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. SHRM and/or HRCI certification.
  2. Experience in HR outsourcing or consulting firms.
  3. Additional certifications in benefits or insurance are advantageous.
  4. Experience supporting multiple industries and HR best practices.
  5. Familiarity with HR compliance assessments, M&A, and HR automation.
  6. Business development experience or interest in learning.

The salary range for this position is $92,100 - $185,400, reflecting factors such as experience, skills, and location. Successful candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
