Job Overview

Join our dynamic Human Resources Operations Services Team and become a pivotal part of our expansive efforts across the US, Canada, and globally. As a Human Resources Operations Specialist based in Greenville, SC, you will play a key role in streamlining HR transactions, elevating customer service, and spearheading impactful projects. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various HR sectors such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and more, ensuring a holistic approach to employee support and organizational integration.

The position reports to the HR Operations Supervisor and is located in Greenville, SC.

A Day In The Life

At Hubbell, no two days are alike! You will be at the forefront of:

  1. Leading and supporting diverse HR projects, from acquisitions to cross-functional initiatives, making tangible impacts within the company.
  2. Taking charge of initiatives as a Project Leader, driving enhancements and functional improvements across the board.
  3. Managing multiple project streams, collaborating with stakeholders from HRBPs to IT and Finance, ensuring smooth implementation and effective communication.
  4. Navigating through various HR systems and ensuring meticulous maintenance of employee records.
  5. Crafting and updating critical employment documentation while adhering to compliance standards.
  6. Engaging in proactive problem-solving, identifying system enhancements, and pushing forward approved improvements.
  7. Building robust relationships with HR colleagues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
What will help you thrive in this role?
  • A degree in Business, HR, or a related field, coupled with a passion for HR systems (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus!).
  • At least one year of HR experience, demonstrating your ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with precision.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive mindset, excellent time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • A customer-oriented approach and a knack for maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.
