• Serves as a key partner to HR leadership and business stakeholders by managing workforce data, compensation administration, HR systems, and process improvement initiatives.
• Key point of contact for data management and reporting requests for business leaders and HR head.
• Assist with integration of HR Functions including HR Systems, Service Delivery, Payroll, and Talent Strategies.
• Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration when required.
• Identify areas for improvement with processes and systems.
• Work with team to automate and streamline processes for future ERP to improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure Talent/People/HR strategies align with corporate objectives.
• Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
• Ensure secure storage of HR metrics.
• Assist with benefits open enrollment and general benefits administration.
• Lead HRIS implementations and enhance onboarding experiences.
• Deliver accurate headcount and compensation reporting.

The Role:

We are seeking an HR Operations & Benefits Associate to support various global HR operations, business transformation initiatives, and data-driven decision making. These initiatives and projects include, but are not limited to, talent integration for new business units and assets, organizational restructuring, workforce planning and People Operations activities.

This role will be based in the company's New York headquarters. What you will do:

• Serves as a key partner to HR leadership and business stakeholders by managing workforce data, compensation administration, HR systems, and process improvement initiatives.
• Key point of contact for any data management and reporting requests for both business leaders and the head of HR.
• Assist with the integration of HR Functions including HR Systems, Service Delivery, Payroll, and Talent Strategies.
• Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required.
• Identify areas for improvement with processes and systems.
• Work with team members to automate and streamline processes for future ERP to make reporting process more efficient.
• Ensure that Talent / People / HR Strategies are aligned with overall corporate strategic objectives.
• Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
• Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics.
• Assist with benefits open enrollment and general benefits administration.
• Lead HRIS implementations and enhance onboarding experiences.
• Deliver accurate headcount and compensation reporting.

What you bring:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an HR Operations role, including change management initiatives, communications development, organizational design and development, HR strategy or operations, and /or talent solutions.
• Able to build strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics with keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in database management and security.
• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
