We’re offering a competitive salary of $2,500 to $4,000 a month for our next Human Resources Officer!

Your role is to manage the employment process and ensure a positive work environment tailored to the unique needs of the fitness industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in fitness or wellness sectors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and HR software skills, with knowledge of labor laws.
• Leadership abilities and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with data-driven mindset.
