Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Front Office departments.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, files, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and preparing recruitment documentation.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll discrepancies; direct more complex questions to the appropriate member of management.
  • Support benefits administration tasks, including employee enrollments, changes, and related documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and time-off records.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, and greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and other staff as needed.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, interviews, and other HR-related activities.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Role Overview
