Job summary

Delaware North is hiring a Human Resources Manager at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN to oversee onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations while partnering with local teams and the enterprise HR group.

Lead Talent Acquisition collaboration, drive training programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support growth opportunities for staff across venues. Strong HRIS experience preferred with a bachelor’s in HR management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years HR Generalist experience, including at least two years in an HR Manager role.
• Hospitality, food/beverage, or large-scale retail experience preferred.
• Experience using HRIS systems (iCIMS, Workday or similar).
• BS/BA in HR management or related field; certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to attract, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and complaint resolution.
• Bridge local and enterprise HR teams to share best practices.
• Develop and deliver training for new and existing staff on policies and growth.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company policies.

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our HR team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As an HR Manager, you will oversee team member onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations, and serve as an important partner for your local teams and the enterprise HR team.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 - $92,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. • Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members
• Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution
• Be a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your location
• Develop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Minimum of three years of Human Resources Generalist experience, including at least two years in an HR Manager role; experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or large-scale retail environments strongly preferred
• Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak event periods.
