Job Description

Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education, and retail operations. As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE). This position is also responsible for managing and administering several key HR processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Issue resolution, follow-up, and recommendations for corporate COE’s including hotline calls response, investigations, corrective actions, performance management consulting, and policy interpretation.
  • Employee engagement initiatives – development and follow-up of engagement action plans, and coordination of corporate engagement and celebration activities.
  • Talent acquisition – serving as the point of contact for the 'Accelerate to Leadership' and 'Step up to Leadership' programs.
  • HR metrics reporting and analysis.
  • Assistance with benefits and payroll as needed.
  • Implementation of onboarding programs and initiatives.

Qualifications
  • HR/SPHR certification preferred. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Experience in human resources planning and organizational development is desired.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or the equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience conducting employment investigations and developing resolutions is required.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and consult effectively with management at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential.
  • Ability to train and deliver presentations.
  • Solid understanding of financial and business objectives, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative to improve processes as needed.
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
