Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education, and retail operations. We partner with schools to create culinary experiences that propel students to success. Our goal is to provide healthy, nutritional meals with a stellar dining experience for our communities. As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE). This position is also responsible for managing and administering several essential HR processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Issue resolution, follow-up, and recommendations for corporate COE’s, including hotline response, investigations, corrective actions, performance management consulting, and policy interpretation.
  • Employee engagement initiatives – development and follow-up of engagement action plans, as well as coordination of corporate engagement and celebration activities.
  • Talent acquisition – serve as the point of contact for programs like Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership.
  • HR metrics reporting and analysis.
  • Assist with benefits and payroll as needed.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs and initiatives.

Qualifications
  • HR/SPHR certification preferred. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Experience in human resources planning and organizational development is desired.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience conducting investigations and resolving employment relations issues is required.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and consult effectively with management at various levels.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to train and present effectively.
  • Understanding of financial and business objectives, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in process improvement.
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
