Human Resource Manager

What You'll Do

Our Human Resources team drives recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, and initiatives to enhance staff experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in recruitment for all departments, ensuring qualified healthcare professionals are hired.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop strategies for recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Administer health insurance, savings, pension, and life insurance programs.
  • Develop employee engagement programs to foster a positive culture.
  • Handle employee relations with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Prepare compliance records, statistics, reports, and turnover analysis if needed.
  • Manage workers' compensation, leaves, unemployment, and disability programs.
  • Collaborate on talent retention and succession planning strategies.
  • Handle day-to-day HR transactions and support employees.
  • Participate in quality improvement programs, setting and monitoring quarterly objectives.
