Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support that mission by leading key HR functions and helping strengthen the employee experience across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Employee Experience, this full-time onsite role is based in West Bend, Wisconsin and supports approximately 600 employees across a diverse range of County departments. The Human Resources Manager is the primary point of contact for daily operational support for two HR Generalists and one HR Representative while remaining actively involved in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, labor relations support, training, safety, compliance, and performance management. This is a hands‑on role offering meaningful collaboration across the organization and the opportunity to partner directly with County leadership on workforce and culture initiatives.
