AriensCo in Brillion, WI, seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead a team of HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing operations. This role partners with plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, engagement, retention and performance.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, succession, talent management, leadership development, and ensuring consistent HR programs across locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading HR professionals, preferably across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance.
  • Strong employee relations, leadership coaching, and change management capabilities.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Job Description

AriensCo is looking for a Human Resource Manager to lead a team of HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing operations across Brillion, WI. THE DAY TO DAY
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing operations
