POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. You will work closely with the executive team and department managers to develop and implement HR programs and policies that promote a positive work culture and drive employee engagement. Your role will involve managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentive plans, and employee benefits
• Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HR records and systems
• Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
• Assist HR leadership with various tasks/projects as assigned

EDUCATION:

Required High School Diploma

TYPICALLY EXPERIENCE:

3 years relevant experience

• Knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, laws and regulations.
