Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager in the Seattle area to lead HR initiatives across domicile and supported sites. You will drive performance, talent management, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 5 years in HR in complex environments.
• Experience leading direct reports.
• Experience with HRMS and related HR software.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Availability to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and talent management processes in domicile and supported sites.
• Coach and counsel management and hourly employees regarding policies and procedures; investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Promote employee engagement through regular, personal contact resulting in a positive employee relation atmosphere.
• Drive effective recruiting, selection, and onboarding activities for hourly employees.
• Ensure compliance with all company, government, labor and transportation industry regulations; and deliver training to maintain compliance.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Ensure compliance with all company, government, labor and transportation industry regulations; and deliver training to maintain compliance.

Annual Salary Range: $109,960 to $137,449 Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
