Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations as business needs require.
• Office setting with moderate exposure to noise, fumes, airborne particles and varying temperatures on the plant floor.

The salary range for this role is 90-110k.
