Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR and support a thriving team. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

Ideal candidates will have strong HR knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while guiding organizational culture and compliance. This role requires 21+ years old and the ability to obtain gaming and ABLE licenses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge and ABLE license.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
