The successful candidate will be the go-to HR partner, handling employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and compliance while supporting hiring and engagement initiatives. Onsite five days a week in New York is expected.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to HR partner for employees and managers across the business.
• Support managers with employee relations, performance conversations, investigations, and day-to-day people issues.
• Oversee key HR processes including onboarding, benefits, leave, compensation, and offboarding.
• Help ensure the business stays compliant with employment laws and internal policies.
• Support hiring and help build initiatives around engagement, recognition, and retention.
• Assist with training, workplace safety, and employee development.
• Provide practical HR guidance to leadership and help create a positive, consistent employee experience.

We’re working with a well-established hospitality group that’s looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their New York team.This is a hands‑on role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, supporting managers, and helping create a great workplace.

About You

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, or a fast-paced service environment.
