What You’ll Do

As an HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal team and work environment. You will manage day-to-day human resources functions with a focus on team accountability, communications, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring inbound and outbound calls for quality and professionalism

Reviewing and documenting daily attendance, employee check-ins, and office presence

Managing onboarding and offboarding procedures for all staff

Overseeing time tracking, performance documentation, and internal policy adherence

Handling confidential employee records and resolving team-related issues or concerns

Coordinating with managers to support staffing needs, schedules, and training

Ensuring a safe, respectful, and productive work environment for all employees

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)

3+ years of experience in HR or administrative management, preferably in a logistics, e-commerce, or operations-heavy environment

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters professionally

Experience monitoring phone calls or quality assurance is a plus

High attention to detail, accountability, and clear communication

U.S. citizenship is required for this position
