We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and staff development. This is a strategic leadership role focused on fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement while supporting company growth.
This role often operates in an office environment. At times, occasional travel may be required to other branches or to a construction site. Good communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions is a key component of this role.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time.
