Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• 7+ years’ experience as an HR business partner and/or HR generalist.
• Advanced PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Supports internal talent acquisition processes.
• Conducts new-employee orientations and exit interviews; supports career-path programs and employee relations counseling.
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Recommends policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supports the internal talent acquisition process.
• Conducts new‑employee orientations; monitors career‑path program and employee relations counseling; conducts exit interviews.
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
• Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as an HR business partner and/or HR generalist.
• Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
• Results‑oriented professional with verbal and written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion, as well as customer service skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, work independently or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Utilize sound judgement and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Prior experience with Labor Relations.

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.

Salary: $97k - $125k
