Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Wisconsin Metro Milwaukee, LLC is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to support companywide HR initiatives and partner with business leaders to achieve strategy and objectives across the region.

Responsibilities include delivering HR processes for Sales and Operations, supporting internal talent acquisition, conducting orientations and exit interviews, developing department goals, and driving policy improvements with a focus on accuracy and service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as HR business partner and/or HR generalist.
  • Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Analytic and Reporting skills.
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.

Job Description Summary:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Prior experience with Labor Relations
Physical Requirements:
