Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager for its Marietta, GA facility. This full-time, on-site role leads a broad range of HR functions, guiding leadership on HR strategy and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

You will partner with operations to drive results, advise managers on attendance, discipline and labor relations, manage staffing and HRIS data in Workday, and support HR programs such as recognition, engagement, and plant communications.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong partnerships with operations and production teams to drive business results while ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to department managers and front-line leadership on HR-related matters, including attendance management, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline.
  • Lead labor relations efforts, including contract interpretation, grievance resolution, and collaboration with union representatives to maintain a productive and respectful labor environment.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with employees and foster strong employee connections.
  • Serve as a trusted resource, accessible to employees across all production shifts, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
  • Supporting the management, implementation and communication of fundamental HR programs, including recognition programs, employee feedback forums, engagement survey action planning, and plant communications.
  • Interpreting and applying policies, ensuring compliance with standard practices and guidelines related to attendance, paid time off, job transfers, accommodation processes, etc.
  • Managing the site’s staffing and recruitment needs, including supporting onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
  • Utilize our HRIS, Workday, for data entry and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Driving positive employee relations by timely and proactively addressing employee inquiries and concerns and supporting investigations.
  • Ensures a high level of integrity is maintained and that personnel matters are handled in a professional, consistent, and confidential manner.

About the Role:

We are seeking an HR Manager for our Marietta, GA, facility, a leading manufacturer of quality tea. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing a broad spectrum of human resources functions within the organization and serves as frontline operational support and an internal business partner. Important Details:
  • This is a full-time, on-site role on first shift. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts.

  • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $99,200 - 148,800 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
