LHH is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our client's team in the San Fernando Valley. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management and experience supervising at least 3 direct reports. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management and business units.

- Supervise and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring their professional development and performance.

- Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support business objectives.

- Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related needs and challenges.

- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
