Growing Organization + Long-Tenured Leadership + Fantastic Benefits + Quarterly Bonus Incentive + Work/Life Balance + Best Culture in SW MI
A bit about us:

We are a privately owned medical device contract manufacturer in Southwest Michigan. We partner with medical device companies on assembly, kitting, packaging, and sterilization management in a cleanroom environment, and we operate under FDA and ISO quality standards. Why join us?
  • Real ownership: you run HR day to day with direct access to the owner and leadership team
  • Path to HR Director as the company grows
  • Stable, inclusive leadership: most of the leadership team has been here 8+ years
  • A culture where "we have fun here" is an actual company value
  • Dedicated HR Coordinator support, so you can focus on higher-level work
  • Remote flexibility when the work allows
  • Quarterly discretionary bonuses and a full benefits package
  • Meaningful work: our products support life-saving cardiac procedures
