Job summary

Hunter+Sage is seeking an experienced HR leader in Houston to plan, develop, and implement strategies for team growth and organizational development. The role includes succession planning and performance appraisals, while overseeing benefits programs and company-wide employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of HR or Operational Leadership experience, strong knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and a proven ability to maintain compliance and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field is required.
• A minimum of 8 years HR or Operational Leadership experience.
• Knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, benefits administration, compensation and unemployment standards.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of safety concepts and procedures, computer use, quality standards, process operations, and administrative procedures.
• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical and drug screen.

• Manage teammate benefit programs including health and workman's compensation, holiday, vacation and 401(k) Plans
• Plan, develop and implement strategies for maintaining high level of teammate morale and cohesiveness
• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources
• Help further and maintain Company work rules and discipline procedures
• Responsible for employee relations and performance management company wide

Required Qualifications
