Job summary

3LS Solutions Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to supervise HR Generalists and oversee HR functions across programs and organizations. You will support the Sr. Director HR & Payroll and the Chief HR Officer in planning and executing HR processes.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in HR at a large organization, supervisory experience, and a relevant degree. This on-site position in Tennessee offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Human Resources function at a large organization; or equivalent education and experience.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of HR Generalist(s) and oversight of the Human Resources function for programs and organizations as assigned.
