Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to partner with leadership, ensure compliance, and lead HR programs aligned with business objectives. This hands-on, individual contributor role oversees safety and employee engagement.

You will manage HR programs including benefits, staffing, compensation, employee relations, performance management and succession planning, while advising management on policy matters and developing talent strategies.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in progressive HR roles; minimum 3 years managing direct staff
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; MBA preferred
• PHR, SHRM-CO or similar certification preferred
• Working knowledge of employment law across jurisdictions
• Ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels
• Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate with others
• Ability in analyzing information and evaluating results to choose best solutions
• Evaluating information to determine compliance with company standards
• MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

This role is a key partner to leadership, responsible for ensuring compliance, supporting employee engagement, overseeing safety, and driving HR programs that align with business objectives. Role and Responsibilities

• Advises management personnel on organizational policy matters
• Develops, recommends, and implements compensation and benefits policies and practices
• Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify areas of opportunity and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
• Act as a consultant to management on employee relations matters
• Partner with operational management in workforce requirements and staffing planning
• Assist organizational management in identifying key talent and developing successions plans
• Manages relationship with on-site staffing provider
• Monitors legislative changes and ensures organizational compliance of all HR programs with local, state, and federal legal requirements
