Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials seeks an HR Manager supporting R&D at the Buffalo site. You will be the primary HR partner for Buffalo R&D and collaborate with leaders across the broader R&D organization to translate priorities into people strategies.

You will support employee relations, performance, talent development, and organizational matters, including labor relations for the union‑represented workforce, in a collaborative, data‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience partnering with and coaching business leaders on talent, organizational, performance, and employee matters.
• Experience supporting employee relations and union-represented populations, in partnership with Labor Relations or other subject matter experts.
• Experience across talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or comparable experience.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with and coaching business leaders on talent, organizational, performance, and employee matters.
• Experience supporting employee relations and union-represented populations, in partnership with Labor Relations or other subject matter experts.
• Experience across key HR disciplines, including talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
• Ability to operate effectively across site and broader functional responsibilities within a matrixed organization.

Pay Range

The annual base salary range for this position is $113,491 - 142,119. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
