Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related discipline.
• Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience across HR disciplines including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers’ compensation, and conflict resolution.
• Proven knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
• Proven background in recruiting.

• Prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures to keep practices current and effective.
• Maintain employee pay plans and benefits programs.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state requirements.
• Create and update job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
• Manage the prospective employee recruiting and selection process.
• Develop and facilitate onboarding and training programs that help new hires succeed.
• Provide decision support through HR metrics and reporting.
• Promote the safety and health of employees.
• Nurture a positive working environment through consistent HR leadership.
