Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations.
• Strong HR compliance and regulatory reporting experience.
• Broad, hands-on experience with daily HR operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring HR team members.
• Strong judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the HR Director with the overall management of the Human Resources Department.
• Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations to ensure efficient, consistent, and compliant delivery of HR services across all Haley Ward locations.
• Managing HR compliance requirements and regulatory reporting.
• Working with HR Director to develop and implement departmental procedures, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Monitoring employment law changes and helping maintain compliant HR policies and practices.
• Supporting benefits administration, recruiting, HRIS, and HR reporting.
• Supervising and mentoring members of the HR team.
• Implementing HR initiatives associated with continued company growth and acquisitions.

What You’ll Do

Working closely with the Human Resources Director, you will help oversee daily HR operations and serve as a trusted resource to managers, employees, and the HR team. Responsibilities will include:
