The position translates fragmented operational and financial data into actionable insights to support network optimization, cost‑to‑serve analysis, cost management, and digital enablement, embedding improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain analytics, network optimization, cost-to-serve, logistics, planning, procurement, or distribution.
• Experience with analytics/automation tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred for project management involvement.
• Exposure to AI literacy, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain initiatives through PMO governance, project tracking, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Participate in process improvement and value realization activities: network optimization, cost management, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver actionable supply chain analytics, dashboards, and insights for performance management and strategic decision making.
• Improve data quality, reporting effectiveness, and performance measurement across the Supply Chain.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce manual effort through AI, automation, and analytics.

We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a Supply Chain Excellence Strategy & Analytics Specialist within our North American Headquarters in Centennial CO focused on enabling data-driven decision making, structured project execution, process improvement, and AI-enabled transformation across the North America Supply Chain organization.

Additionally, this role will aid in the translation of fragmented operational, financial, and supply chain data into actionable insights that support strategic initiatives, including network optimization, cost-to-serve analysis, cost management, process efficiency, and digital enablement. The position will provide hands‑on analytical, project management, and continuous improvement support to ensure initiatives are not only delivered but sustainably embedded into business operations.

What you will be doing

• Support Supply Chain initiatives through effective PMO governance, project tracking, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Participate in process improvement and value realization activities, including network optimization, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will bring

• Experience in supply chain analytics, network optimization, cost-to-serve, logistics, planning, procurement, or distribution.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, or other analytics / automation tools.
• Project management experience with preference for Lean Six Sigma certification
• Exposure to AI literacy, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3 days in office, 2 days remote

• Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, and other relevant B2B Marketing industries
• Degree qualified, minimum 3-5 years’ experience
• Project management certification or training, such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma.

Compensation

Salary Range $ 89,700 - $120,000 USD

Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan

(Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
