Medline Industries, LP is offering a Human Resources Intern role as part of a 10-week summer internship program. You will work with the HR team across business areas including talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, and belonging, gaining hands-on experience and ownership of projects.
The internship emphasizes real-world impact through touchpoint improvements, succession planning materials, employee relations support, and engagement initiatives.

A Human Resources Intern at Medline will work closely with the HR team members and will be exposed to all areas of the business, including but not limited to HR business partnership, talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, and belonging.
The responsibilities and potential projects for this position include:
Junior standing with 3.0 minimum GPA preferred; Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences or related major.
Active interest in the Healthcare industry preferred.
Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow‑up skills required.
Excellent presentation skills for large and small groups.
Must have strategic, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Must have a bias toward action and be results oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.
The anticipated salary range for this position: $23.25 - $33.75 Hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
