• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with a team of experienced HR professionals to manage communications, training, and engagement efforts.
• Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the 2027 internship program while ensuring the strategy aligns with the company’s goals.
• Program Evaluation & Analysis: Gather and analyze feedback and research to identify trends and to evaluate the effectiveness of various HR programs.
• Innovation & Process Improvement: Share innovative ideas to improve our processes and drive efficiency, including leveraging technology to streamline operations.
