The HRBP Associate will support the Real Estate HR Business Partner team to enhance operations and effectiveness across various HR initiatives and processes. This role will help drive strategic business and talent objectives by preparing, analyzing, and advancing work throughout the HR lifecycle. The team collaborates closely with the business and HR specialist functions to develop global solutions for talent attraction, development, engagement, and retention, providing ample learning opportunities for the Associate.

This role offers broad exposure to strategic approaches in managing and developing human capital and includes responsibilities such as:

  1. Preparing materials and sourcing data for talent assessment, development, performance, and promotion processes.
  2. Monitoring and tracking talent development initiatives and employee relations matters.
  3. Managing Workday data updates, including manager changes and transfers.
  4. Preparing internal meeting materials, agendas, and talking points.
  5. Extracting and organizing data for insights supporting organizational development and audits.
  6. Documenting personnel changes like relocations, transfers, onboarding, offboarding, and work authorization.
  7. Participating in employee performance management by guiding managers and compiling feedback.
  8. Collaborating on engagement initiatives, mentorship, sponsorship, and training programs.
  9. Partnering with Business Partners on ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits and compensation may apply.
