RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist passionate about building strong teams and shaping a thriving workplace culture. You’ll partner with field leaders to drive meaningful HR initiatives aligned with our mission and values.

This on-site role is based in Fargo, ND, with travel up to 15% as needed. You will support recruiting, hiring, and performance management, navigate employment matters, and contribute to succession planning and career development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in employee performance management.
• Ability to handle employment disputes and separations.

Minimum Education Required Bachelor

What You Will Need

• Bring HR experience: 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Apply your education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Manage performance: Demonstrated experience in employee performance management.
• Resolve conflicts: Proven ability to handle employment disputes and separation processes.
• Communicate effectively: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Stay organized: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Be flexible: Willingness to travel 10–15% as needed.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
